I asked myself how I could transfer the competence and knowledge which I have acquired on the job, to more Athletes and Professionals, companies, associations or federations which work in the field of sport and for this I have created packages of consultancies under the form of workshops.

The Training Box is an educational program based on thematic workshops with the aim of transferring values, competence and instruments to the working team.

WHY DOES IT WORK?

It works because an internal protected space of communication is created allowing an open dialogue with a moderator who guides towards reflection. It is based on the participation of the whole team. Each TRAINING BOX program is supported by visual and educational material prepared specifically.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE

Programs can be completely personalized on the basis of the clients' requirements. It is also possible to take part either in the whole program or only in the individual thematic workshops.

A team of professional experts for each area makes it possible to create a tailor-made training program with an in-depth analysis of the themes identified as a focus to successfully reach the objectives defined and to build a solid base of independent development in the areas of interest.

The working group is made up of me and a team of professionals for each specific subject and a company representative nominated by the company as project leader.

01 . CASE STUDY . COMPANIES VS ATHLETES

    Mission:
    work as a team with the company to:
  • build an effective program for sponsoring ATHLETES
  • transfer knowledge, build instruments and channels of communication to align the ATHLETE with the company's objectives
  • teach the ATHLETE how to communicate with the different targets which are sensitive for the COMPANY (final consumer, trade, media)

    how to share knowledge and experience with those interested in creating and enhancing their tool box.

  • share strategies and instruments to start off and grow professionally
  • confront yourself with the dynamics behind the scenes in a direct and transparent manner

03 . CASE STUDY . ATHLETES AND SPORTS FEDERATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

    Mission:
    help the athlete become aware that: "As an athlete I am a Brand". Teach:
  • what is a marketing and communications strategy, and why it is important
  • how to use tools and channels of communication (Web, social media, media offline)
  • The ABC's of current sponsorship
  • how to relate to associates and actors used by partners – company pyramid, public relations, media, trade and final consumers
  • the importance of business extras which creates independence

A TRAINING program to make the leap forward towards PROFESSIONALISM.




04 . CASE STUDY . GYMS VS INSTRUCTORS

    Mission:
    work as a team with the owners or managers of the gym to:
  • create a space for open dialogue with the instructors, share their objectives, analyze each one's strong point and expand it
  • transfer the knowledge and instruments for the creation, development and care of good relations between instructors and clients

Advantages for the gym:
A program of personalized TRAINING to produce instructors who are aware that objectives are achieved not only through technical knowledge but also through a good relationship. Thus winning the trust of the client.
