I asked myself how I could transfer the competence and knowledge which I have acquired on the job, to more Athletes and Professionals, companies, associations or federations which work in the field of sport and for this I have created packages of consultancies under the form of workshops.
The Training Box is an educational program based on thematic workshops with the aim of transferring values, competence and instruments to the working team.
It works because an internal protected space of communication is created allowing an open dialogue with a moderator who guides towards reflection. It is based on the participation of the whole team. The working group is made up of me and a team of professionals for each specific subject and a company representative nominated by the company as project leader.
